Who are we, and what is Dream Stay?

Dream Stay is a cloud hotel & resort management CRM built by Dreams Technology, an Indian software company. We make one simple system that replaces registers, Excel sheets and scattered WhatsApp chats: rooms, bookings, check-in/out, GST invoices, payments, guest messaging and reports, all in one place. Hotels, resorts, farmhouses and banquet venues across India use it every day.

Who is this software for?

Small and mid-size hotels, resorts, farmhouses, guest houses and banquet venues. If you take bookings and guests stay (even for a few hours), it fits. It supports normal per-night rooms as well as time-slot, hourly, per-guest and whole-property booking, so it also works for day-outings and party venues, not just traditional hotels.

Pricing

How much does hotel management software cost in India?

Dream Stay plans start at ₹5,999 per year + GST, which is about ₹500 a month. Right now every plan carries a flat 20% discount. Pricing is yearly, and you can see each plan's MRP, offer price and what you save in the plan cards above.

Are there any hidden charges or a setup fee?

No setup fee and no hidden charges. You pay the plan price shown (plus GST) and onboarding is free. The only optional extra is add-on modules, and you pick those yourself.

What are add-on modules and what do they cost?

Add-ons are optional features you switch on when you need them, such as WhatsApp Automation, Payment Links, OTA Channel Manager, Restaurant & KOT, Inventory and Time-Slot Pricing. They cost ₹500–₹1,500 per module depending on your plan (higher plans pay less per module). The top plan, Enterprise AI, already includes every module.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

What can I manage with Dream Stay?

Everything the front desk does daily: guest records, room availability, bookings, check-in and check-out, GST invoices and extra charges, payments, WhatsApp messages, staff access with an activity log, and reports on occupancy and revenue. Optional modules add restaurant billing, inventory, OTA sync and AI analytics.

Can it send WhatsApp messages and payment links to guests?

Yes. With WhatsApp Automation, booking confirmations and reminders go to guests automatically. With Payment Links, you send a UPI / QR link on WhatsApp, the guest pays online, and the booking is confirmed, so you stop chasing advance payments over the phone.

Does it connect with Booking.com, MakeMyTrip and other OTAs?

Yes. The OTA Channel Manager module syncs availability and bookings with Booking.com, MakeMyTrip and other OTAs, so you avoid double bookings. OTA bookings can also be imported automatically from WhatsApp or email messages.

Can it generate GST invoices?

Yes. GST-ready invoices can be printed or shared in one click, and extra charges added after the stay are handled too.
